These terms govern use of hostbilby.com, owned by HostBilby Inc., a web services provider. By using our Site you confirm you have read and agree to abide by all provisions of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of HostBilby Inc. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents and downloadable files.

Age Restrictions

The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. HostBilby Inc. assumes no responsibility for liabilities resulting from false statements about age.

Acceptable Use

As a user of our Site you agree not to harass other users, violate the rights of other users, infringe intellectual property, hack accounts or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations. You also agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Personal information must remain accurate and current. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in illegal activity or policy violations.

Sale of Services

Products and Services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. Orders placed using VPNs or other location-altering services may fail our fraud detection. We reserve modification and cancellation rights at our discretion.

Third Party Goods and Services

We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of third-party offerings made available on our Site.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew with automatic billing until cancellation is requested through the Client Area.

Payments

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card (Canada) and PayPal. Payment information is secured via Stripe until deletion or account termination.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of service creation provided plan allocation has not exceeded 40%. Promotional services are excluded from refund eligibility.

Consumer Protection Law

HostBilby Inc. acknowledges that mandatory consumer protection legislation applies regardless of these Terms.

Links to Other Websites

HostBilby Inc. is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites linked from our Site.

Limitation of Liability

HostBilby Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of our Site or services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HostBilby Inc. and related parties from claims arising from your use of the Site or violations of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Server content is additionally governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant servers physically reside.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, that provision will be removed and the remaining Terms remain valid and enforceable.

Changes

These Terms may be amended from time to time for legal compliance. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
